Incorrect or Damaged Items
- If you received an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your package so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications of this can be sent to hello@thetatteredtee.com. We will not refund initial shipping cost, but will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Otherwise, we do not pay for return shipping. We also ask you send us a picture of the damages item(s) to help us figure out the cause.
