Pick Up
Online orders may be picked up from our storefront Monday - Friday 10 am to 4 pm. If your order is placed by 1 pm CST it is able to be picked up the SAME business day! Orders placed after that can be picked up the following business day. You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at the store front until they are picked up!
Shipping
Most orders are processed + shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
