Returns

Returns are for store credit only.
We want you to be satisfied with our products and we do our best to provide you with styles that you will love. With new arrivals weekly, we're confident that you will find something new to feel great in. Since almost all of our items are handmade, we do not issue refunds and offer store credit or exchange only. Please reach out to hello@thetatteredtee.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with ALL TAGS still attached.
  • All returns must be received by The Tattered Tee within 7 business days of receipt of your package.
  • Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card only to the email address on file.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. T3 is not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. Buyer will  be responsible for handling the cost of return shipping.

FINAL SALE: the below categories are items that are FINAL SALE.

  • Gift Cards
  • Buy One Get One, Door Busters or any item of 20% off or more.
  • Hats or Hair Accessories
  • Intimates, Tights or Hosiery
  • Jewelry: Necklaces, Bracelets + Earrings
  • Personalized or Custom made-to-order items
  • Items listed as 'final sale'
  • Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you received an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your package so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications of this can be sent to hello@thetatteredtee.com. We will not refund initial shipping cost, but will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Otherwise, we do not pay for return shipping. We also ask you send us a picture of the damages item(s) to help us figure out the cause.
