📦 Returns for Store Credit

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address on file.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free of defects

  • Have no stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.


🚚 Shipping & Processing

  • All returned items must be received by The Tattered Tee within 14 days of delivery.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The Tattered Tee is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you received an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your package so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications of this can be sent to hello@thetatteredtee.com. We will not refund initial shipping cost, but will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Otherwise, we do not pay for return shipping. We also ask you send us a picture of the damages item(s) to help us figure out the cause.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order Information

Items marked as Pre-Order are made to order and are not currently in stock. Our current turnaround time is 7–10 business days for production before shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please note:

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready.

  • Turnaround time begins the business day after your order is placed.

  • Timing may vary slightly depending on order volume or supplier delays.
