RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We want you to love your purchase! We carefully curate and hand-produce many of our items, and with new arrivals weekly, we’re confident you’ll always find something new to feel great in.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
Returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address on file.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Be unworn, unwashed, and free of defects
Have no stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.

All returned items must be received by The Tattered Tee within 14 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The Tattered Tee is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
If you received an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your package so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications of this can be sent tohello@thetatteredtee.com. We will not refund initial shipping cost, but will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Otherwise, we do not pay for return shipping. We also ask you send us a picture of the damages item(s) to help us figure out the cause.
